"Gilbert Shyaka is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance, School of Business, College of Business and Economics at the University of Rwanda. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the School of Business at the University of Rwanda. He completed a BA in Finance at the University of Rwanda and an MBA degree in Finance and Banking at Kampala International University, Uganda. His key research areas are related to strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation in developing countries."
